I cannot say enough about cast iron. In my opinion, it is the perfect cookware. It will last you a lifetime, and it is reasonably priced! It's easy to maintain and care for and cooks and grills everything to perfection.
In addition, the naturally non-stick surface is worth its weight in gold.
Everyone should have at least one cast iron pot or skillet!
