Spiral slicers are beyond fabulous! I use mine most often for spiralizing zucchini to make zoodles, then top the zoodles with marinara. Not only are they better for you, as you're cutting out calories, gluten, and fat from your diet, but they're also incredibly delicious!
The possibilities are endless for carrots, cucumbers, beets, zucchini, and potatoes!
Everyone should have a spiral slicer in their kitchen if for nothing else, to make zoodles.
