The Korean Vegan Cookbook

Joanne Lee Molinaro writes a book like no other. In her only book to date, she captures her culture and the recipes from Omma's kitchen that will likely transport you to her table.

Connecting with her audience, her stories are often a combination of heartache and grit, where you can't help but see yourself in bits and pieces of her writing.

There is almost always a lesson that captures much more than one of a delicious recipe.

If you don't yet have her cookbook, now is your chance to get it! Tap the link below to learn more.

Craving Vegan Cookbook

Sam Turnbull, like many of us, is a carnivore turned vegan. She was raised in a family of foodies, chefs, hunters, and butchers, and although she loved her animals, it took her some time (and a couple of well-known documentaries and books) to make the connection between her pets and her plate.

She put all of her knowledge and her passion for veganism and cooking together and wrote not one, not two, but three cookbooks, where she shares her love of vegan cooking with us all. (How lucky are we?)

The Edgy Veg Cookbook

Candice Hutchings is charming, witty, and downright adorable. Some might say her cookbooks are the only cookbooks one needs to make budget-friendly vegan meals everyone will love every time. Easy to make, never dull, and always delicious.
