My favorite summer activity is definitely swimming :-) It's finally hot enough to swim outside in my area ^_^

My favorite summer activity is traveling the country with my husband inside his 18 wheeler. Who says you can't be vegan over the road!!!

My favorite summertime activity is going to the beach with my pup. From dunking in the water to long walks by the surf, good times!

My favorite summer activity is easily camping, in a tent, in as much of a remote place as possible. I want to hear and feel nature all around me..the sights, sounds and smells of the woods. It was tough to choose between that and gardening where I can grown all my vegan goodness!

My absolute favorite summer activity would have to be going tent camping off the beaten path in places I've never been before. Listening to the wildlife at night & hiking through the various terrain by day is a truly religious experience. Rejuvenates every part of my existence. Nothing better than letting the earth retune you. I recently became a Mother for the first time, and I simply cannot wait to share this particular love with my daughter. Viva Summertime!
