There is no guilt associated with this blackberry smoothie. Unless, of course, you swiped those blackberries from your neighbor's yard. But you would never do anything like that, would you?
1 cup chilled apricot nectar
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 cup vegan vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup ice cubes, crushed
Pour the apricot nectar and lemon juice into a blender. Add the blackberries, yogurt, and crushed ice and blend it all at high speed until smooth.
Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
