This delicious, nutritious smoothie will have you smiling ear to ear.

1 cup chilled coconut water
1/2 cup plain vegan yogurt
1 cup frozen pitted cherries
1/2 frozen banana

Add the chilled coconut water to a blender. Then add the yogurt, cherries, and banana.

Blend at high speed until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy! Garnish with a sprinkle of chia or a slice of lemon.
