Grilled Asparagus

Grilling is a great way to bring out the flavor in your vegetables. Asparagus gets a significant boost with this cooking method, and it couldn't be any easier.

Whether you use an outdoor grill or an indoor grill pan, your asparagus will taste fantastic!

1 pound fresh asparagus
2 tablespoons olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Heat your grill pan over medium-high heat.

Trim the tough ends from the asparagus.

Lay the asparagus on a flat surface and brush with oil.

Turn and brush the other side.

Lay the asparagus in a single layer on the grill pan.

Cook, turning often, 5 to 7 minutes or until the asparagus has reached the desired tenderness.

Season with salt and pepper, and enjoy!

Refrigerate any leftovers.
